Nicole Rothschild
Founder of Likeminded, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Nicole is a former investment banker turned psychotherapist, passionate about helping clients live the life they long for. She created Likeminded Therapy, a boutique psychotherapy practice, for young professionals to receive the kind of care she was looking for. Before becoming a therapist, she spent years working at Goldman Sachs across investment banking & private equity industries — and knows firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck, disconnected, or misaligned in a life that looks “successful” from the outside. Blending a strong foundation in psychology with real-world understanding of high-pressure environments, ambition, burnout, identity shifts, and the quiet self-doubt that can sit beneath them, she works with clients who are navigating transitions, questioning old patterns, or feeling like they’ve outgrown the version of themselves they’ve been living.
At Likeminded, you’ll find that we aren’t therapists who will just listen — we take an active stance to help you push past limits, challenge the beliefs that no longer serve you, and design a life that you are fulfilled by. In our work together, you’ll build deeper self-awareness, gain actionable coping skills, and create space to experience your emotions with more honesty and freedom.
Whether you’re dealing with career stress, relationship challenges, symptoms that feel overwhelming, or a desire for more clarity and meaning, we’re here to walk with you through all of it.
Nicole combines her undergraduate education from Cornell University and master’s degree from University of Southern California with her decade in finance to bring a unique blend of real world understanding for high achieving individuals to the therapeutic space. As a marriage and family therapist, Nicole enjoys working with individuals and couples on all sorts of relationships: to the self, to partners, family, friends, and colleagues.
