Meet our Founder & Clinical Director
Founder and clinical director of Likeminded, Nicole is a Cornell University and University of Southern California-trained psychotherapist that built Likeminded. Before becoming a therapist, she spent years at Goldman Sachs across investment banking and private equity, unhappy and lost, giving her firsthand insight into what it’s like to feel stuck, disconnected, or misaligned in a life that appears “successful” from the outside. That lived experience informs her work today. Nicole blends a strong foundation in psychology with a deep understanding of high-pressure environments, ambition, burnout, identity shifts, and the quiet doubts and discontents that often sit beneath them.
At Likeminded, we work with clients who are navigating transitions, questioning old patterns, or feeling like they’ve outgrown the version of themselves they’ve been living.
